called Matt to come have a look at my toilet that I would usually have to flush twice to get everything down and he was very prompt on his time and actually called and arrived early! He did an acid flush on the toilet and in all the years of living here this toilet has never worked as great as it is working now and its an old toilet! So highly recommend Matt Ostler!

matt was excellent. he was a hard worker, knowledgeable, honest and priced reasonably. matt replaced a 50 year old leaking toilet that other plumbers could not or would not fix saying it would be too expensive to fix and replacing it with a new toilet would probable require expensive replacement of wall the tank was attached to and under toilet floor replacement. matt said he did think there would be any damage. he told me he would replace the toilet for the price of fixing the old toilet. he replaced the toilet for the price he quoted and there was no damage to the wall or floor.

My drains backed up last night and flooded my basement. I spent hours cleaning up the water. I thought that I could get a snake and fix it myself. I was wrong. I looked online for plumbers in my area and found Drain Detectives. I honestly called them because I liked their name and logo. I was quoted a reasonable price and was promised that they would be to my home within an hour. They pulled up maybe 20 minutes after the initial call. They were polite and finished the job quickly. They also cleaned up the area where they were working! I have never had that happen before. They also helped me get the snake I had rented into my car! That was above and beyond what I could expect. They didn't try to tell me that the problem was worse than it was. The price I paid was the price I was quoted!! I will never use another company for my plumbing issues. I highly recommend them!
